The Society
The Robert Hamblin
Award
This
Award was instituted in memory of former Chairman, Robert Hamblin, as a
means of recognising work done by members of the Society that is of
particular merit and ‘beyond the call of duty’. Consequently, it is
not open to members of the Executive nor to the vice-presidents and the
president. In their own way, each recipient is, or has been, a tireless
worker for the Society or for furthering its aims.
